A1: We provide good quality of floodlight, high bay light, explosion proof light, tri-proof light, downlight, and other lighting products, as well as responsible services and reliable after-sales warranty.
Q2: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A2: Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q3: How to deal with the faulty?
A3: During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q4: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. One sample or mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: How long time to ship the goods if place an order?
A5: Usually 7 days for sample or small order,15 working days for bulk order, but sometimes depend on the order quantity.
