· Design of low energy consumption. The evaporator is made of alloys with special high heat conduction performance and fabricated.

· Adopt scientific design to overcome the traditional disadvantage of ice easy to agglomeration and form chips. Increase flake ice available rate.

· We design an ideal protection device among all motors of the ice-making system to reduce the unit fault rate of running.

· Water dropping from the bottom of the flake ice drum will cause ice to melt inside the cold storage and influence ice cold storage efficiency. Our special drum structure design completely stops the 

dropping.

· The reducer drives the ice blades' rotation and peel ice from the drum inner wall. The ice drum does not rotate and avoids any leaking from the axial seal.

· Adopt full-automatic PLC control and realize one-button operation. The system can be stopped as ice is at full level and start again as it is in the low level. No need for any look after. Saving labor costs as well as being safe and convenient.

· As a select ice-making unit, it should not only consider its cost but also how to avoid the unpredictable potential cost for installation and disassembly. Our modular design facilitates installation and commissioning, shortens the period up to one week. Undoubtedly, it also shrinks the disassembly period and cost. Furthermore, modular design simplifies maintenance work. Any wearing parts can be easy to disassemble and replace a new one.

· Our normal model products can take a good running and performance under the environmental temperature of 5~40ºC and 40~60ºC.
