Product description of Micro copper-plated Steel Fiber
The copper plated steel fibers produced by our company are an important component of RPC/UPHC, using high-quality high carbon steel as raw material and coated with copper on the surface. Compared to traditional steel fibers, it is less prone to rusting. It has high tensile strength, good compression resistance, and crack resistance. The product is based on the principle of closest packing, which precisely designs particles ranging from nanometers to millimeters through computer technology, minimizing macroscopic defects in the multi-component powder system, forming a highly dense inorganic matrix. While providing excellent mechanical properties, it also has excellent characteristics such as resistance to penetration, freeze-thaw, impact wear, corrosion, and high temperature.
