The structure of CPE has similar molecule chains with PE and other plastics, therefore it has good adaptibility with them. After addition of CPE, the hardness of the plastic product can be decreased effectively and weatherability, ozone resistance and flame retardancy can be increased.

Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE)is a kind of random polymer material,composed of high density polyethylene (HDPE) by chlorination reaction &polymer modification,as the conditions of chlorination,and polyethylene chloride content change in the raw material,can be made from rubber shape to hard plastic products,it is a kind of special rubber,it is a kind of excellent plastic modifier,and it is a permanent plasticizer of PVC rigid products.CPE products'variety is generally divided into special rubber,plastics modification agent,coating adhesive and other categories.
