What is Amisulpride?
Amisulpiride is an atypical antipsychotic drug, used for the treatment of paranoid progressive schizophrenia, acute paranoid psychosis, and can also be used to treat the defective state of schizophrenia, residual psychosis evolution and accompanying Sluggish restraint state.
Function of Amisulpride
Pharmaceutical raw mateial used to treat psychosis in schizophrenia and episodes of mania in bipolar disorder. In Italy, it is also used as a treatment for dysthymia.
Investigated for use/treatment in schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders, mania in bipolar disorder, and depression.
