E7024 is a marine non-alloy steel electrode. The coating type is rutile + iron powder.

It is suitable for flat welding, flat fillet welding, AC and DC dual purposes, good slag removal, less spatter, and beautiful weld formation.

 

Application: Used for welding of carbon steel and low alloy steel such as Q345 and other ships, vehicles and mechanical structures.

APPLICATIONS:

It is mainly used for the corresponding strength grade of steel pipe welding and ships, Bridges and other structures welding.

CHARACTERISTICS:

E6010 is a cellulose potassium type coating vertical down special acid electrode. Both AC and DC can be used and can be all-position welding including vertical down welding.

When it is used for downward welding, the molten iron and slag do not drip and have a big arc blow force and penetration. When it is used for underlying welding, can reach one side welding double molding and have a high welding efficiency.

Notes on usage:
Dry the electrodes at 300 - 350°C for 60 minutes and keep it at 100 - 150 °C before use.
