Product Description
FAQFP safety valve is a simple and effective blowout preventer for oil well or pipeline developed and produced by our company absorbing foreign advanced technology. It is connected to the topmost joint of the drill pipe or tubing on the drill floor to quickly close the wellhead in the event of a blowout, preventing a blowout and increasing safety. When the external preventer line is connected, the relief valve is opened and the line can be reconnected.
Ball valve design, ball valve design can make the seal tighter, easy to operate. Standard test pressure 68Mpa (10,000psi), can work effectively under higher pressures. It has simple structure, light weight and high safety.
This product is composed of wrench, upper tube, lower tube, ball, switch valve shaft, fixed copper sheathing, compaction copper sheathing, wave spring and a variety of sealing rings.
When operating, rotate the switch valve shaft with a wrench so that the mark on the switch valve shaft points in the OPEN direction, and the pipeline is OPEN for all kinds of routine operations. When a blowout or leakage occurs, rotate the switch valve shaft with a wrench so that the mark on the switch valve shaft points in the direction of CLOSE, the pipeline will be closed and the blowout will be cut off
