TQH340/35 is a kind of casing tong driven by hydraulic motor. It can clamp pipes ranges of φ140~φ340 ( 5-1 /2~13-3 /8 in),and can clamp pipe ranges ofφ340~φ406(13-3 /8~16 in),through changing rotary assembly and jaw plates. It also can clamp pipes ranges of φ101-φ140
( 4~5-1 /2 in)through changing jaw plates. The casing tong arm is 813 (32 in), and its maximum torque is 35kN • m (25,815lb • ft).

1. With the double speed structural design, it can meet the demand for making up and breaking out casing safely and effectively.
2. With the unique design of safety door. The safety door has the remote control function. When the safety door is open, the spool of remote control valve assembly will slide out with the help of spring, and hydraulic oil circuit forms oil return pressure relief, the tong can't be operated; when the safety door is closed, the spool of remote control valve assembly will closed oil circuit and can't form oil return pressure relief. At this time, we can operate the manual control to control casing tong to work normally. In this way, the personal safety of the operator or the maintenance personnel can be guaranteed while replacing dies, jaws or doing other maintenance items.
3. There is no need to replace any parts. Just change the check pin position and push and pull the handle to achieve change between the making up and breaking out the casing easily and quickly.
4. Change different specifications of jaws to meet the demand for making up and breaking out various pipes.
