9YF series straddle-row square bale baler
A new type of high-efficiency positive traction, straddle-row square bale picking-up type baler. It is mainly composed of a picker, a dragon and a fork conveyor, a compression piston, a compression chamber, a baling and knotting device structure, a transmission system, a frame, a traction frame and a protective cover system.
The machine is pulled by a tractor with more than 60 horsepower (including 60 horsepower) and advances across grass ridges such as wheat straw and pasture. The power is transmitted to the input shaft of the baler gearbox through the tractor power output shaft. Then the output shaft connecting rods and sprockets at both ends of the gearbox are sequentially transmitted to the pickup, conveying and feeding system, piston compression mechanism, knotter and other mechanisms; forage picking, conveying and feeding, compression and bundling, rope threading and knotting, Straw bale placing and other processes are completed automatically in sequence. Straw bales are neatly arranged on the ground in a fixed direction.
