3. It only takes 10 minutes to replace the screen and the peeling roller for millet and rice peeling and polishing.
The clean corn is sent into the peeling chamber through the feeding inlet. By controlling the feeding speed and the pressure valve, the peeling chamber has some pressure. Material is rubbed, peeled, degerminated and polished under the effect of the rotating. Under the pneumatic effect, the kernels and bran are separated and we get big corn grits. The internally installed air draft chamber can remove bran impurities from the peeling process. The discharging outlet can control the grain's staying time in the peeling chamber to ensure the effective rubbing between grains and the iron roll.
