Etching Machine
The Whole Etching process is doing one job: to get the desired patterns to the surface of stainless steel sheets or plates.
Patterns will be either painted with screen net or exposed upon the work pieces with film and Exposing machine.
Whole Surface will be covered with Photo-resist ink except the desired pattern area.
Then Etching process begins. Photo-Resist Ink will protect the parts from being etched, while the parts without this ink will be etched, thus, the desired pattern can be got.
After Stripping and Cleaning, the etched pattern will appear to be with more aesthetic even than when it was on the screen or film.
Combining with PVD, Mirror, Sand Blasting or any other surface finishing, Etching can really create something truly remarkable and beyond your imagination.
