Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our commodities in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you need branded package, we can do that too as your request.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A:T/T and L/C are often used. But it can be negotiable according to both parties situation. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, for some small quantity, we can send to you within 3-5 days. For some large order, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The actual delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have quality control all through our production and have final inspection by QC with AQL standard before shipment.
Q6. Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we do. But the freight would be on the buyer's expense.
