FHQB-1300 High-speed Label Slitting Machine
USE
High-speed paper slitting machine is used to cut all kinds of roll materials such as Label, Paper.
FEATURE
1. The rewinding shaft driven by motor directly.It uses vector frequency inverter to realize auto tension control.
2. Air shaft of rewinding can be removed for convenient material unloading(auto unloading device is optional)
3. Unwinding adopts magnetic powder brake, auto tension control.
4. Loading and unloading uses air shaft pneumatic cone top type. It is high efficiency for loading, unloading with web guide system. (Hydraulic Feeding is optional)
5. Adopt rotary knives for slitting with disc surface regular and air exhausting device for the waste..
6. The system has the function of meter counting, automatic stop after setting length finished.
7. The system has a perfect integration design with machine, electricity and pneumatic, and takes complete safety protective measures.
