Product Description
Introduction
1. Fiber Reinforced Calcium Silicate Board is 100% Non-asbestos, which is made by cellulose, quartz sand, cement, mica and others material.
Medium Density Fiber Reinforced Calcium Silicate Board can satisfy the creative and aesthetical diversity of application demands with different thicknesses. It is uniquely composited of Portland cement, Oxidized Silicon, Lime, Quartz and Cellulose through sophisticated manufacturing process so that its excellent high bending strength, durability can be guaranteed.
As its density can be up to 1200-1300kg/m3, it can be applied as the exterior wall of one-storey building and the flooring in humid environment like bathroom.
2. Characteristics:
Light weight with medium dennsity;
Good fireproofing and thermal insulation;
Fire - resistant limit reaches 1h or more, if it is on fire, produces no smoke;
Moisture-proof;
Shockproof;
Undamaged by insects and rodents;
Easily constructed;
Useful life can reach 50 years or more;
Good sound absorption, insulates against sounds of up to and over 40dB.
