The machine is designed for the winding of IV-type hydrogen cylinders for new energy vehicles and carbon fiber tubes. It is specifically capable of producing hydrogen cylinders for hydgogen-power huses and sedans, complying with standards of Class C and Class IV at 70MPa. Our machine offers several advantages, including unmanned operation, dual-drive system, automatic inflation and automatic yarn application. It has demanstrated a 15% increase in efficiency compared to conventional winding equipment.
