Fiberglass backing pad is made of fiberglass cloth, which is compressed and stacked in multiple layers in a mold after special heating treatment. It has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good bonding performance, high flexibility, etc. It is an ideal substrate for all kinds of flap disks.
Fiberglass backing plate is specially used for making flap plates. The sheet is made of fiberglass, specially woven and treated in our factory. We have different sizes, diameters, thicknesses and even layers for you to choose from. The surface covering of the substrate can be made of black paper, non-woven fabric or black cloth.
Applying to elastic abrasive discs, non-woven elastic abrasive discs, wool wheels, black diamonds, combination elastic abrasive discs (combination of non-woven fabrics and abrasive belts with cross pendulums), elastic cemented grinding wheels, diamond elastic abrasive discs, and so on.
