PUR DB-6685
Description:
PUR DB-6685 is a kind of 100% solid content single-componet reactive hot melt adhesive. It widely use for Fabrics/PET/PVC/TPU lamination.

Application method:
Gluing:
1. Used on specialized reactive (PUR) hot melt adhesive equipment, the operation methods include roller coating, scraping coating, etc.
2. Operate according to PUR requirements,
Suggested pressure plate temperature: 100 ± 5 ºC.
Suggested hose temperature: 95 ± 5 ºC.
Suggested scraper temperature: 95 ± 5 ºC.
Applicable temperature: 0-35 ºC.
Coating amount: depends on the substrate and application (please consult the technical department of Gaomeng for details)
Glue amount: about 8g~15g/m2, depending on the fabric material, surface roughness, etc.
Curing conditions: Suitable for curing in an environment of 15-35 ºC and relative humidity of 50-80%; When the temperature is below 15 ºC in winter, the curing time will be extended.
The curing speed depends on the environmental temperature and humidity, the moisture content of the substrate, and the permeability of the substrate.
Instructions:
1,Keep based materials surface clean and tidy, no dust and greasy dirt.
2,Need use dedicated cleaning agent for production equipment washing after use.
3,DB-6685 can't use with other brands of hot melting adhesive.
4,If you haven't use out at one time, please seal it strictly for next time use.
5,For perfect solidify, the finished product need to put condition with 23~25ºC temperature and relative humidity around 65%.
Safety Matters:
1,Keep ventilation and forbid all open fire in the execution condition.

Storage:
Store it in the cool and dry condition, avoid directly sunshine. Keep storage temperature lower than 35ºC and far away from fire source and heat source.
