Automatic hot welding production line by heating the compressed air,blow hot air between two layers of fabric,pressure fusion through the upper and lower pressure wheel,welding the filter bag body.

Main Functions of Automatic Hot Welding Production line

1. The hot welding machine includes rubbing device,it can rub the edge of membrance fabric,so that the fabric can be welding while across the hot welding head.

2. The new fabric forming mold is suitable for the welding of various specifications of filter bag barrels,with good forming effect and stable welding width.

3. With temperature abnormal alarm function,when the temperature is low or over temperature,the equipment automatically stop working.

4. The lower arm roller of the hot welding machine adopts a penetrating structure,which can avoid abnormal adhesion between the welding area and the back barrel.

5. Special contorl method,no flaws in the start and stop of the hot welding machine,avoiding the waste of filter material caused by stopping halfway.

6. Special headting device,the temperature can reach 700ºC,the tmeperature fluctuates ±2ºC.

7. This whole line is equipped with high-power cutter motors and alloy steel blades,which can easily cut PTFE and woven fiberglass filter bags.

8. The line adpots aluminum profile structure,the installation is firm and the operation is stable.
