Product Description
Pressure Screen is an international advanced paper pulp screening equipment for paper mill. Our company adopts advanced technology and designs to produce new type pulp mid consistency screening equipment. The pulp screening equipment Pressure screen is used for wood/straw pulp hot screening and chemical, paper pulp coarse and fine screening.
This pressure screen has better adaptation, less power &water consumption and high efficiency when compared with common low consistency pressure screen.
Application:
Paper machinery of Pressure screen for waste paper recycling production line is used for the screening of low consistency pulp before the paper machine.It can effectively remove impurities and breakup the pulp materials to increase paper quality. It can be used in fine screen section of DIP deinking system, it is used for removing gooey and ink particles and other impurities.
This pressure screen has better adaptation, less power &water consumption and high efficiency when compared with common low consistency pressure screen.
1.Under the pressure of centrifugal movement from rotor, the impurity moves around the outside part of screen basket. Since the impurity moves quite far away from screen basket, the service life of screen basket can be increased due to less wear.
2.The pulp rotating movement offsets some part of positive pulse at the moment that it flows through rotor, thus the positive pulse created by the rotor decreases, which results in mild screening of impurity from pulp.
3.Lower pulse help in sending pulp into headbox of paper machine in a stable condition so that the paper machine can run stably and less broken ends can be created.
4.The design of inflow approach screen helps in more througput, lower energy consumption,higher screening efficiency and less rejects.
