FISHMEAL DISK DRYER
·The dryer is the most important machine for the quality of fishmeal. The double-blade disc dryer adopts
completely closed structure, which is highly efficient and energy-saving;
·Automatic control, automatic adjustment of steam valve and safety valve;
·Equipped with clutch, in case there is a shutdown during production, it does not need to empty the
material;
·The shell is provided with a steam heating jacket to increase the heating area, improving the
thermal efficiency to ensure the material is fully dried;
·The main rotor is made of premium seamless steel;
·Equipped with steel base and no need to provide concrete foundation, thus it is flexible when
changing installation location.

Raw material is cooked, pressed, and dried. Then the fish liquid is purified in a tricanter and centrifuge to make feed grade fish oil with less than1% moist. The whole process is automatically operated.
