PAB stacked high-frequency fine screen is mainly suitable for wet screening, classification, and dehydration treatment of fine materials in industries such as mineral processing and coal preparation. It can be set to 2-5 layers according to on-site calculation requirements. The stacked high-frequency fine screen is a product developed by our company, which utilizes the principle of dual degree of freedom resonance and is designed to be driven by a single excitation source (vibration motor group) to achieve linear vibration of the entire machine. The stacked high-frequency fine screen has a unique vibration mode, saves energy consumption, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, advanced technology, simple structure, stable and reliable operation, and is currently the technologically advanced screening equipment in the field of fine material screening. The stacked high-frequency fine screen adopts a flexible polyurethane fine screen, with a high porosity (28-45%) and an average lifespan of more than 6 months.

Characteristics of stacked high-frequency fine screen
1.The stacked high-frequency fine screen is designed using the principle of dual motor self synchronization, and the screen box assembly moves in a straight line.
2.The imported excitation motor (Martin motor or OLI motor) adopts advanced technology, which works reliably and has a long time of fault free operation.
3.The assembly of the stacked high-frequency fine screen box is arranged in multiple layers. Compared with similar screen machines, it has the advantages of small footprint, large processing capacity per unit area, high screening efficiency, low power consumption, small dynamic load, simple operation, stable performance, safety and durability, and low maintenance.
4.Using flexible polyurethane mesh, it has good elasticity and is not easy to block the mesh. A single-layer sieve box can be installed with two to three mesh screens.
5.The sieve is fixed with tension bolt components, which is easy to operate and reliable to fasten.
6.The surface treatment of the vibrating screen adopts sandblasting technology, and heavy anti-corrosion paint is used for spraying, which has good anti-corrosion performance. The contact surface with the material is sprayed with a polyurethane resin wear-resistant anti-corrosion layer to protect the surface of the screen machine and extend its service life.
