Product Description
Laboratory Film Calendering system adopts precision extrusion and high-performance tape calendering technology. The polymer material is extruded by conical-twin extrusion unit, through into heating calender rollers to get film. The equipment use oil heating method by mould temperature controller. Calender system is suitable for polymer materials film, such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, PET, PC, etc. A film quality inspection system can be equipped on the traction and take-up unit, used for inspecting the quality defects.
