Machine Tool Introduction
The QT-20P Turret Tool Post Type Precision CNC Lathe is a CNC lathe featuring simple operation, high machining precision, easy understanding and learning, and high cost-effectiveness. It overcomes the drawback of traditional guide rails that are prone to wear and thus cause changes in precision. After being equipped with imported linear guide rails from Taiwan, it achieves the characteristics of high precision and excellent speed. It can complete complex machining tasks such as turning the outer circle, arc, taper, and threads. After installing a movable fixed guide bush, it is capable of mass production of slender shafts, such as connectors for instruments and electronic products, eyeglasses, instruments, components of micro motors, etc. It can also be optionally configured and modified according to customers' requirements for complex automated secondary processing.
Advantages and Features:
1.The spindle motor is standardly equipped with a servo motor, which enables precise indexing.
2.Imported linear guide rails are adopted for the transmission components.The precision ball screw assembly is driven in cooperation with a high-performance servo motor. The machining operation speed can reach up to 20M/min, and the repeat positioning accuracy is as high as 0.0025mm, ensuring the quality of parts and shortening the machining time.
3.All precision transmission components and elements are lubricated by a microcomputer-controlled timing and quantitative oil supply system, which will automatically turn off when the machine is on standby to avoid waste.
4.The pneumatic clamping device uses a cylinder from Taiwan. It has the self-locking functions such as fast clamping and unclamping speed, stable clamping force, and it will not unclamp even in case of power failure.
