Slap Type Flapping Sieve is one of commonly used equipment in the laboratory.Its structure is mainly composed of motor base,sieve and transmission mechanism,which should be equipped with special fixture,not only can assemble Φ200 standard test sieves,but can assemble sieve set of Φ75 and Φ100.It can be handing with convinient and flexible,and can automatically shut down.
The motor drives the gear to the main shaft throughthe synchronous belt. After the gear is changed, themain shaft rotates at the required speed.
The mainshaft drives the eccentric wheel to make the slideplate reciprocate, and the test screen installed inthe slide plate tray shakes left and right.
Afterrotation, the jack gear hits the jack through the cam.and the jack makes the beater hit the test sieve upand down, so that the materials in the test sieveand the sample sieve reciprocate and vibrate upand down, making it smaller than the mesh of thetest sieve.
