1. About Sodium Benzoate
Sodium benzoate takes the forms of small white granules, sprinkles, or powder. It has no smell or has a bit of sweet benzoic flavor and is stable in air
and soluble in water.

2. Uses
[1] This product is kind of excellent antiseptic used in medicine and industry.
[2] Mainly used as a food preservative,1g/kg used in soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice, jam, fruit syrup, can; 0.8g/kg used in grape wine, fruit wine and soft agarose; 0.4g/kg used in fruit soda water; 0.5g/kg used in low-salt paste, flour paste, candied fruit, haw jelly cake and fruit syrup; 2g/kg used in condensed fruit juice.

[4]Sodium benzoate as used as a mordant,plasticizers,fungicides and organic synthesis
