5,Character: It is colorless or white crystal , powder or crystalline granule. It's odorless, easily soluble in water but insoluble in organic solvent.
6,Usage: In food processing industry, it is used as buffering agent, emulsifier, anti-caking agent, antioxidant additive, nutrition supplement and metal chelating agent.
7,Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
