Designed for defoaming of fermentation processes such as glutamic acid, yeast, enzyme preparations, inosine, and citric acid; GB2760-2014 is listed in the food additive catalogue, as an additive in the fermentation industry as an additive in the fermentation industry. It can also be used in the defoaming of many food production processes such as sauce vinegar brewing, potato making French fries, etc. This
product not only enables the foam to be quickly eliminated when it is formed, but also has a stable foam suppressing ability under the condition of bubble generation by constant stirring.
1.It can be used for defoaming glutamic acid, yeast, enzyme preparation, inosine, citric acid and other fermentation processes.
2.It is also used in defoaming of many food production processes, such as sauce and vinegar brewing, potato making and French fries.
It's recommended to add a small quantity each time with repeating times. The fermentation process can be directly mixed into the medium to be heated and disinfected into the tank, or it can be formulated with water in a stirred tank to make 10-30%. It is generally recommended to use about 0.3-0.5‰ .
This product is packed in 200KG galvanized iron drum, stored and transported according to the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. Indoor storage is valid for one year at room temperature.
