Sodium Pyrophosphate Anhydrous (TSPP Anhy), CAS#7722-88-5, it is an odorless, white powder, soluble in water, but insoluble in ethyl alcohol.
It is widely used as food additive.
Usage:
Sodium Pyrophosphate Anhydrous (TSPP Anhy), it is used in water softener, buffering agent, thickening agent, dispersing agent.
In food production, it is widely used in cheese, chicken nuggets, marshmallows, pudding, carb meat, canned tuna and soy-based meat alternatives, also used in pet food.
