Mono Ammonium Phosphate is a kind of transparent crystalline powder, containing no water. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. pH 4.3-5.0, CAS#7722-76-1.
Usage:
In food industry, it is leavening agent, dough regulator, yeast food, brewing fermentation additives and buffer.
It is widely used as the source of P and N, makes fertilizer with higly efficient. P and N are important to sustain healthy plaint growth.
It also is a good animal feed additives.
