Wall board thickness of 60mm, material is HT250, process: Processed through the medium frequency adjustment of internal stress, the density, hardness, strength, toughness, and conduction performance of the wall board is increased, artificial ageing treatment , large processing center pair processing, high strength, high precision and never deformation.
The transmission system adopts large spiral angle helical gear transmission, low noise, enhance the strength of gear, improve the transmission stability of gear.All transmission gear adopt 20CrMnTi alloy steel,processed with grinding,hardening.With closed spray lubrication device,lubrication oil level is kept consistent and ensure the transmission accuracy of the machine in long term running.
The bearings adopt NSK,SKF,C&U high quality famous brand.Qualified standard bearing put into the stock after one by one inspection.
The separation and combination of each unit shall be electrically controlled and accompanied by alarm bells, which will continue to ring when separated and combined to ensure the safety of the operator, can buffer each unit to collide with each other,When the misoperation is carried on.

Ink distributing transmission system adopts new design, using imported motor with cross link shaft, gear drive, lower noise, enhance transmission tightness, improve the machine running speed and stability, and improve the precision and printing overprint precision.
The machine ink supply is even, the ink dosage can be controlled to prevent ink from overflowing.It is also equipped with ink shortage warning device to prevent the damage of rubber rollers due to lack of ink. It can also effectively reduce waste product productivity.
Each unit is equipped with the contact flow type oil surface balancing device to prevent the shortage or overflow of individual unit lubricants.
This machine is equipped with Korean polyspeakers,different sounds will be make during adjusting phase,axial movement,clearance,zeroing,unit closing and separating,warning.This to remind operators start safely operating when finish all processes.
