JDZ four-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in several designs:

Four-row cylindrical roller bearings are used almost exclusively for the roll necks of rolling mill stands, calenders and roller presses. Because they are normally mounted with an interference fit on the roll neck, four-row cylindrical roller bearings are well suited for rolling mill applications where the rolling speed is high.
Because four-row cylindrical roller bearings can accommodate only radial loads, they are mounted together with deep groove or angular contact ball bearings, or with tapered roller bearings (either radial or thrust design) which accommodate the axial loads.

The structure of four-row cylindrical roller bearings for rolling mills mainly has the following basic types.
Type FC - consists of two double raceway outer rings and a single inner ring, two comb cages and several rolling elements.
Type FCD - consists of two double raceway outer rings, two single inner rings, two comb-shaped cages and several rolling elements.
SFC type - FC deformation structure (reinforced type), two outer rings without center ribs, one inner ring, two window cages and several rolling elements.
FCDP type-the ribs on both sides of the outer ring are movable retaining rings, and the cage is a window structure or a pillar structure (hollow roller). It is mainly used for large and extra-large sizes.
