I Description of automatic copper tee making machineAfter hydroforming, copper Tee should be furtherly processed: middle end cutting, three ends expanding and ordering:
This machine adopts servo indexing rotating arm structure, exchanging workpieces among four stations: loading/unloading, middle-end cutting, three-end expanding, three-end ordering (chamfering).
Blank tubes are fed into machine by vibrator feeder automatically:
This machine is PLC control, HMI operation, full automatic, only manual pouring blank tubes to the vibrator.
By changing tooling/moulds, different sizs Tees can be processed.
Grating ruler is provided for safety purpose.
