1.Pre-sales advice
1)You only need to provide the size and shape of the venue, and leave the rest to us;
We will rationally lay out the production line according to your site, and provide the plant design and equipment installation flow chart
2).Then we will provide the equipment process flow chart, as well as the quotation of the overall plan and the estimated quotation of the transportation plan (if the freight changes too fast, the actual transportation price shall prevail)
2.On saling
1)After paying the deposit, we provide the production schedule and detailed plant drawings and equipment installation drawings, including the installation of pipe fittings and foundation production, etc.
2)Regularly provide photos and videos of the production process and Quality Inspection
3)Shipment after receipt of the balance, providing the packing process and photos and videos after packing
3.After-sales service
1)After the equipment is received, arrange experienced engineers to your company to guide the installation as soon as possible
2)After the installation is complete, test the machine with no load and with materials until you are satisfied
3)Answer your questions online at any time, and send someone to your company to solve actual problems when necessary.
