FEATURES:
Designed for approx. 1650 PCS hard candies per minutes(55 mould/min)
Capacity: Depending on the product's weight, upto approx. 600kgs/h of hard candies with a product weight of 4.5g.
Machines layout based on standard recipes for sucrose based hard candies with milk and fat contents.
1)PLC /computer process control available;
2)An LED touch panel for easy operating;
3)The production capacity up to 450 kgs/h(based on 4.5g candy);
4)The output will be approx. 1650 PCS of candies per min. With a depositing speed of 55 strokes per min for achieving 30 PCS of candies per one stroke;
5)The whole plant is made of hygienic stainless steel(SUS304);
6)The advanced rapid dissolving technology(RDS) to get the innovative syrup mass preparation engineering, to ensure the production of the best quality product, high dissolving power and energy saving;
7)Mass flowing controlled by Frequency inverters;
8)In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid;
9)Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;
10)One set of extra chocolate paste injection system for making chocolate-central candies;
11)Use AUTOMATIC STEAM CONTROL SYSTEM instead of manual steam valve which controls a stable steam supply to the microfilm cooker;
