Green Sand Automatic Flaskless Sand Molding Machine Moulding Line
Full Automatic Horizontal Flaskless Molding Line is mainly suitable for moulding production of valves, mechanical parts, automobile parts, hydraulic parts, pipe fittings and fastening these parts, also suitable for ductile iron,gray iron, malleable cast iron and non-ferrous metails these materials,with advantages of high production efficiency, low investment, quick effect, energy-saving and environmental protection. This moulding line mainly consists of moulding machine, pouring line, cooling line, castings conveying system, and electric control, hydraulic control and pneunatic control system, which can realize full automatic control of sand feeding, moulding, pouring, cooling and castings movement.

Horizontal parting, suspended shot sand, horizontal casting.Pneumatically feeds moulding sand in vertical direction, has the best filling performance and completely improve the shadow defect caused by horizontal shooting sand. Simple process,convenient moulds and pouring gate, high product rate and strong applicability.
2. Adjustable castings height and compaction pressureThe user can choose the casting height and compaction pressure under different castings flexibly to ensure the reasonable use of moulding sand.
3. Convenient template replacement.Template installation: fixedy by four screws, the replacement is completed within five minutes, and the mold is changed frequently.
4. Failure displayThe fault is displayed on the touch screen, and the fault reason is displayed on the touch screen. The user can easily find the fault and take measures.
5. High reliability of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical system.The hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components all adopt imported components to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment and the service life.
