Product Description
Type G (or GH) gravel pumps are specifically designed to handle difficult, highly abrasive slurries that contain larger solids which cannot be processed by standard pumps. These pumps are suitable for transporting slurries in mining applications, managing explosive sludge in metal melting, and for dredging operations in rivers and other areas. The Type GH pumps are classified as high-head pumps. The construction of these pumps features a single casing secured with clamp bands and a wide wet passage. The wet parts are made from Ni-hard and high-chromium abrasion-resistant alloys. The discharge direction of the pump can be adjusted to any angle within a 360-degree range. These pumps offer several advantages, including easy installation and operation, good performance in terms of Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH), and excellent abrasion resistance.
