1. Product Description of the Fiberglass water tank
SMC water tank is also called SMC storage tank, FRP/GRP water tank, SMC panel tanks. It is a new type of tank. It is made of high qualified SMC panels. Sheet molding compound (SMC) is a kind of fiberglass reinforced plastic, which is a mixture of unsaturated polyester resin with impregnating augmentation material, filling material and glass fiber. SMC water tank is nontoxic, durable, lightweight, corrosion resistant and good-looking. Meanwhile, it's easy to maintain and long-life. It is widely used in water storage in residential buildings, schools, hotel. SMC water tanks are used both for domestic water as well as medicine and health where needs good water supply quality.

Step 1. Install steel footings on leveled concrete foundations.
Step 2. Align glass reinforced plastic panels to be pre assembled.
Step 3. Place rubber sealant from ready-to-use roll between panels.
Step 4. Connect panels with bolts and nuts.
Step 5. Position bottom panel sections, and finish up base of tank.
Step 6. Position three sides of the tank.
Step 7. Position and fix roof panels and if required, roof support pipes and plates.
Step 8. Install reinforcement if required.
Step 9. Close up the tank with the fourth side.
Step 10. Finish the internal or external reinforcement.
Step 11. Fill and test.

Packing:packed in case(Non fumigation wooden box) and suitable for shipping by sea.

1.Are you factory or trade company?
We are manufacture.
2.What's the guarantee, in case the water tank breaks down?
The water tank has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our
technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to clients feedback.
Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
3.How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing
List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required .
4.How long is the delivery time?
For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 7-10 days; For non standard
water tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements, it
would be 15 to 30 days.
5.How's the payment?
Telegraphic Transfer(T/T). L/C at sight .
6.Do You Arrange Shipment For The Machines?
Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for
you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their
agents.
7.How is the packing?
Solid Seaworthy plywood Box Package with Steel Belt Save space as much as possible for container loading.
