At present it mainly uses continuous galvanizing process which is to immerse steel coils in zinc dissolved tank continuously to produce galvanized steel sheets and to alloy galvanized steel sheet.This kind of steel sheet is made by hot dipping,and heated to 500ºC mmediately after it come out of the zinc tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron.
