Galvanized steel coil is a kind of thin steel sheet dipped into a bath of dissolved zinc so that it sticks to a layer of zinc on the surface. At present it mainly uses continuous galvanizing process which is to immerse steel coils in zinc dissolved tank continuously to produce galvanized steel sheets and to alloy galvanized steel sheet.This kind of steel sheet is made by hot dipping,and heated to 500ºC mmediately after it come out of the zinc tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. It has an excellent coating adhesion and weldabiity.Performance and major applications:
The zinc crystals on the surface of galvanized steel show a pattern of scales or blades.The solid galvanized layer provides excellent corrosion resstance,good welding and cold forming properties.The use of galvanized steel can be divided into general use,roofing,corrugated board building side panel structure, deep drawing and so on.
