Screw Conveyor is widely used in grain oil ,feed mill , chemical industry, building material, metallurgy, mining, plastics, medicine etc
It can be design as U-shape or tube type to convey granular or powder material.
The conveyor can be screw with shaft or shaftless, the material is carbon steel or stainless steel
Auger flight of LSS serial screw conveyor has three types : whole board -type,draper-type and blade-type.
(1)Whole board -type is suitable used for granular or power material.
(2)Draper-type is suitable used for conveying cloggy material.
(3)Blade-type is suitable used for conveying high viscosity and may compression material,in the conveying process can at the same time complete working procedure of stiring ,mixing etc.
Costumers may choose shape of auger flight according material performance .
Characteristic:
(1)LSS serial screw conveyor,the casing complete adopt mould pressing. bearings complete use sealed bearing with spherical outside surface.
(2)Size of inlet /outlet and discharge mounting can be made according user's need.Rotation direction of auger flight has either type of left-handed turning or right-handed turning.
(3)It is connected with core axis between every section of screw shafts. Motor reducer connected with the conveyor drive shaft by flexibile shaft coupling.It is convenient to install,dismantle,maintain.
