Summary
SF6 gas leak detector based on the principle of quantitative change: Six fluoride gas concentration of sulfur contained in the air, the mixed gas in the high frequency electromagnetic field under the effect of the degree of ionization will be different, six sulfur fluoride concentration detection can be reflected by the degree of ionization.
The instrument adopts small vacuum pump, and the probe is separated from the main engine.
