J.Parker AHLE packaged burner system is well designed for direct duct air heating system, very easy for installation. thr burner system is configured with line burners, gas train, and flame safeguard, burner system can be used with nature gas, propane, and other clean gas, please consalt us. yo can use this packaged burner system for direct air heating in your duct, max downstrewam temerature upto 500°C.
Firing capacity is depends on project requirement, based on heating depand, the minium burner unilt is 15mm, firing capacity from 5Kw-150Kw. we can configure different layout burners for your duct, whatever your duct is cylindrical or rectangle, we can preassembly the burners for easy installation on site. Burner firing capacity alomost no limit, thanks to its modular design

You can choose recirculation air or not, with different NOx and CO emssions by your application, and power supply 230V AC/50Hz or 115V AC/60Hz, supply pressure should be less then 1bar, otherwise, you have to change the higher pressure regulator
J.Parker AHLE duct burner is well designed for direact air heating applications, very good for clean fuel gas firing, nature gas, propane. AHLE burner performances very high effiency by using oxygen from process air, turndown ratio reach 30:1, it will help increase temprature very quickly, and sustain the process air temeprature very stable, could be in ±1ºC. AHLE line burner delivery very low NOx and CO emission with air temperature under 500ºC, AHLE line burner is short flame design, max flame length is 450mm, with certain heat release, the duct length is very short, which save a lot construction material
