The height of this impregnation line is 17 meters, and it can reach a maximum operating speed of 16 meters per minute. It took a total of 4 months from the start of construction to the completion of installation.
The glass fiber cloth impregnation line is mainly a vertical impregnation and drying production line. This impregnation line performs continuous and high-precision impregnation, drying, cutting (or winding) and automatic processing of electronic-grade glass fiber cloths such as 7628, 2116, and 1080. The impregnated glass cloth (prepregs) after impregnation is used for phase insulation, winding and layer insulation of electrical engineering, motors, and transformers, such as the base layer of copper-clad laminates. Electronic glass fiber cloth-based copper-clad laminates, including G10, G11, FR-4, FR-5, with FR-4 comprising the bulk of production.
