Oral. The initial dosage is 40-80mg, 1-2 times a day, and then adjusted to 80mg-240mg a day according to the blood sugar level, divided into 2 to 3 times. After the blood sugar is controlled, the daily dosage is changed to maintain the dosage. Elderly patients should be reduced.
