The gold sluice mat is one of the necessary equipment in the processing of gold mining plant for alluvial gold, placer gold, gold sand, etc. It usually work with the small sluice box or small shaking table for gold recovering.This equipment has the washing and sieving function. The length of washing part and sieving part can be customized.The surface material of gold sluice mat is PE whose chemical name is polyethylene. The back side material is PA which is also called Polyamide.
1.Description of gold carpet:
Gold carpet which is a necessary equipment for gold beneficiation project, is also called felt, cohesiegold blanket, gold grass mat, gold rush etc.
Just as its name implies, it is used for recovering gold. The gold carpetwhich is usually installed on the sluice box, has the features of durable usage, long working life, easily-to-clean.
2.Application of gold carpet:
We usually purchase at least 2 pieces of gold carpet, one is for working, another one is for shift.
The goldcarpet is usually applied to recover gold from the tailings of gold centrifugal concentrator to prevent losing gold from the tailings. Sometimes, it could be used directly after
the trommel screen to recover gold ore. The concentrates of alluvial gold carpet are usually fed onto the shaking table for cleaning.
3.Method of application of gold carpet:
The gold carpet is usually fixed on the sluice box. The width depends on that of sluice box.
The length of gold carpet is usually 2-6 meters, which could be cut out according to different requirements.
Ordinarily, we use 2 pieces of gold carpet with 2 sluice boxes. After the first set of sluice box carpet is full of gold sand, another set could continue to work when the first set is being washed.
4.Types of gold carpet:
There are mainly 2 types of gold carpet, one is the green type, another is yellow type.
Green gold carpet is suitable for alluvial gold recovery from 1mm to 6mm. while yellow gold carpetis more suitable for rock gold recovery.
5. Materials of gold carpet:
The surface material of green gold carpet is PE whose chemical name is polyethylene.
The back side material is PA which is also called polyamide.
