Description and application:
GJ-SJ101G is a neutral fluxes designed to provide superior impact toughness at low temperature in-put welding.
Its features good bead appearance, easy removal slag, excellent welding operating characteristics.
Usage:
Single or double wire weld. Pressure vessel, X70 and X80 grade pipe applications. Boilers, Bridges, Ships, Wind Power Equipment, and other low alloy high strength steel welding.
Cautious:
Re-dry flux at 300-350°(572-662°F) for 60 minus before welding.
Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants to obtain excellent welding deposit.
In condition of overlap welding, low current and welding speed are required in backing welding of groove welding.
