Product Description
Yongli gold washing plant used to mine gold mixed with sand in palaeochannel, palaeo-riverbed, alluvial placer, tailing after ball milling, and diamond and zirconium in raw ore. If the percentage is high in the raw ore, Iron ore needs to be retrieved first with magnetic separator, then gold, diamond, zirconium will be concentrated, or the effectiveness will be affected. This set of mining equipments are composed of several gravity concentrators. The concentration ratio could reach as high as 1:1000, and the recovery efficiency about 90% after series of separation.

a. How many tons per hour for dealing capacity of raw ore ?
b. If there are a lot of mud in the raw ore, if yes, we need to design the cutter teeth drum.
c. In the raw ore, what is the sand and stone percentage ratio ?

To compare the normal sluice box and pulsating sluice box, normal sluice box is with good recovery rate for the big size gold as the volumn and gravity is bigger than the buoyancy of water, so the big particle will go down the sluice. But when the gold is very fine or in flake, it will be difficult to be down.
The pulsating sluice box solves the problems of raw ore hardening because the steel bar and holes on the grid from turbulence, which prolongs the time of gold separating from sand and stones. These create good conditions for fine and flake gold.
