Crude and Fuel Oil Sampling Cans also named Heavy Oil Sampler, Mazout Weighted Beaker, is used for sampling higher viscosity chemical products, such as crude oil, heavy oil, mazout, marine fuel oil, residue oil, slurry.
Feature:
1. Suitable for collecting high viscosity oil sample in tank

3. Sampling at upper port, Bottom Weighted Unit, Metal Controllable Stopper
Sampling Process:
1. Before sampling, operator must connect the sampler with ground by anti-static sampling rope to eliminate static electricity.Then laying sampler down slowly .
2. Slowing down until to the designated sample depth in the sampling medium tank. According to the length of the anti-static rope, the operator can judge whether to arrive at the sampling depth. While, Our sampling rope can make read mark for you.
3. Now,operator should jerk anti-static rope upward quickly to make the metal stopper opened. At this time the sampler as shown in figure is full.
4. Pulling up the Heavy Oil Sampling Cans, transfer sample into glass bottles, then operator sent it to analysis room.Sampling process is finished.
