The transmission system adopts the transmission system with large helical angle,low noise, increase gear strength, improves the gears' drive stability.All transmission gears adopt 20CrMnTi high quality alloy steel, with high frequency quenching, super hard treatment, fine grinding and processing, strong strength and durability.The whole machine adopts closed spray lubrication and oil surface balancing device, which keeps the gear in a highly lubricated state.
The bearings adopt NSK,SKF,C&U high quality famous brand.Qualified standard bearing put into the stock after one by one inspection.
The whole process adopts vacuum adsorption transmission, adopt 7.5 KW high efficiency energy-saving variable frequency motor, all ceramic vacuum adsorption transmission wheels, delivering paper precise and fast.
The machine ink supply is even, the ink dosage can be controlled to prevent ink from overflowing.It is also equipped with ink shortage warning device to prevent the damage of rubber rollers due to lack of ink. It can also effectively reduce waste product productivity.
Each unit is equipped with the contact flow type oil surface balancing device to prevent the shortage or overflow of individual unit lubricants.
