Main production process: Pay-off -->Hot water washing-->Heat treatment furnace--> oil quenching --> Electrolysis alkali washing --> Hot water washing-->Lead quenching bath-> --> cooling --> oil coating --> Take-up

Heat treatment furnace: Protective atmosphere inside furnace pipe, Muffle type
Oil quenching bath: consists of quenching work bath, oil storage bath, pipe oil pump, plate heat exchanger, carbon deposit collecting filter, oil wipe device, temperature sensor, adjust valve and other equipment(According to the requirements)
